AXIS P5654-E Mk II is a cost-effective PTZ camera designed for reliable outdoor surveillance. It delivers HDTV 1080p video with a powerful 21x optical zoom and a wide 77° field of view, providing both broad area coverage and detailed close-up monitoring. Lightfinder 2.0 and Forensic WDR ensure clear images with accurate colors and strong detail even in low-light or high-contrast conditions. The camera uses a 1/2.8 inch CMOS sensor with a 4.0–84.6 mm varifocal lens and supports continuous 360° pan and 180° tilt with up to 252x total zoom including digital zoom. It supports video streaming up to 60 fps and uses H.264, H.265, and Motion JPEG compression with Axis Zipstream to optimize bandwidth and storage. AXIS P5654-E Mk II includes advanced analytics such as AXIS Object Analytics, AXIS Motion Guard, AXIS Fence Guard, AXIS Loitering Guard, and autotracking to detect and classify people and vehicles. Built with a durable enclosure rated IP66, NEMA 4X, and IK10, it operates in temperatures from −30 °C to 50 °C. The camera supports PoE+ power and edge storage through microSD cards or network-attached storage. Built-in cybersecurity is provided through Axis Edge Vault with secure boot, signed OS, and encrypted storage.
