Clover iQ Return & Refund Policy

At Clover iQ, we are committed to providing high-quality products and transparent return procedures.

All products may be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. Warranty terms vary by product and are provided by the manufacturer. Clover iQ does not directly provide manufacturer warranty service unless explicitly stated on the product page.


Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item meets all of the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unworn, and uninstalled

  • The product is in its original condition and original packaging

  • All tags, accessories, manuals, and documentation are included

  • Proof of purchase is provided

Products that are opened, used, installed, modified, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return or refund.

To initiate a return, you must contact us at support@cloveriq.com before sending the item back. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Return Shipping & Restocking Fees

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective item, damage during transit, or an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

To obtain a different item, please return the original product (subject to approval) and place a new order separately.


European Union – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to a European Union country, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery, without providing a reason.

Returned items must meet the same condition requirements outlined above (unused, original packaging, proof of purchase).


Refunds
