Certified for ATEX Zone 1 and Zone 21, it is well suited for oil and gas, chemical plants, manufacturing, and industrial sites where safety, speed, and accuracy are essential for daily operations. Powered by the Zebra SE55 scan engine, the IS-TH2ER.1 enables fast and accurate barcode scanning at distances of up to 12 meters. Its high-resolution sensor supports a wide range of barcode formats, including Code 39, DataMatrix, UPC, and PDF417. A green laser aimer and dual warm-white LED illumination ensure precise targeting and clear visibility, even in low-light industrial conditions. Built for demanding use, the scanner features IP68 dust and water protection and complies with MIL-STD-810H for durability. It operates reliably in temperatures from minus 20 to plus 55 degrees Celsius and is ergonomically designed for comfortable use during extended work shifts in challenging environments. The IS-TH2ER.1 connects directly to the IS540.1 smartphone via the multifunctional ISM interface, enabling real-time data transfer and efficient workflow integration.
