The AXIS M3905-R is a compact and rugged 2 MP dome camera designed for indoor surveillance on buses and transport vehicles. Built to meet transportation industry standards, including fire safety requirements, it withstands vibration, shock, and wide temperature ranges for reliable onboard operation. It delivers clear video in challenging lighting conditions with Lightfinder and Forensic WDR up to 120 dB. Traffic Light mode enables accurate color recognition of traffic signals in low-light scenes. The camera supports multiple lens options, including 2.8 mm and 3.6 mm, with optional M12 lenses for flexible field of view. The camera offers multiple video streams with H.264 and H.265 compression, digital PTZ, and Axis Zipstream for optimized bandwidth and storage. It supports up to four configurable streams and includes built-in analytics such as motion detection and tampering alarm. Designed for harsh environments, it features IP66 and IP67 protection, IK10 impact resistance, and operates from -30°C to 55°C. It supports PoE with RJ45 or rugged M12 connectors, and onboard storage via microSD or network storage.
