AXIS Q2111-E Thermal Camera

The AXIS Q2111-E is a long-range thermal camera designed for reliable perimeter security and detection in all lighting and weather conditions. It uses a 384 × 288 uncooled microbolometer sensor with high thermal sensitivity and a 60 mm lens to detect and verify people and vehicles at long distances while maintaining privacy. Built on the ARTPEC-8 platform with a deep learning processing unit, the camera supports advanced analytics including AXIS Motion Guard, AXIS Fence Guard, AXIS Loitering Guard, and AXIS Perimeter Defender, as well as third-party applications. It also supports H.264, H.265, and Motion JPEG streaming with Axis Zipstream technology to reduce bandwidth and storage usage while preserving important video details. The camera can be mounted on a compatible positioning unit to enable guard tours with up to 256 preset positions for wide-area monitoring. With four I/O ports and edge-to-edge technology, it can integrate with devices such as network speakers to trigger alarms or automated responses. Designed for demanding environments, the AXIS Q2111-E features a rugged aluminum housing rated IP66, IP67, IK10, and NEMA 4X, operating from -40 °C to 60 °C. Built-in Axis Edge Vault cybersecurity with TPM 2.0 protects device identity, secures cryptographic keys, and safeguards the system from unauthorized access.
