Digi TX64 is a high-performance cellular router designed for transportation systems like buses and mobile fleets. It supports 5G, 4G LTE-Advanced Pro, and 3G fallback, providing fast and reliable connectivity for onboard systems and passenger Wi-Fi. It includes dual cellular and dual Wi-Fi 6 modules to separate private (vehicle systems, CCTV, telematics) and public (passenger internet) traffic. The router features a 4-port Gigabit Ethernet switch, USB, serial ports, and GNSS with dead reckoning for accurate tracking even in low-signal areas. Managed via Digi Remote Manager (Digi 360), it allows remote monitoring, configuration, and updates. It also supports VPN, firewall, and advanced routing for secure communication. Built for harsh environments, it operates from −30°C to 70°C with vehicle-grade power support. Security includes FIPS 140-2 compliance and Digi TrustFence for encryption, secure boot, and device protection.
